How quickly will I get my quote?
We send every free quote within 12 hours. For most standard lawns we can price from your suburb, lawn size and a photo — no visit needed.
How does your pricing work?
We charge $130 per hour for a two-person crew, with equipment and materials included. Each service shows an estimated time, and your free quote confirms it before any work begins. If a job needs more time, we tell you first. Regular plans save 5% (monthly) or 10% (fortnightly). Green waste removal is +$25 per visit (+$30 on large lawns).
Do I need to sign a contract for a recurring plan?
No. There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause, change or cancel your plan anytime — just let us know before your next visit.
What is the Gambeta Service Guarantee?
If you're not happy with any part of the job, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no extra cost.
Is your team police-checked and insured?
Every team member is police-checked, and we carry $7 million public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not at all. As long as we can access the lawn (unlocked side gate, dogs secured), we'll get it done and send your invoice when we're finished.
Do you take away the clippings and green waste?
Clippings are blown off paths and driveways after every mow. Hedge trimmings and garden waste are removed as part of hedge, tidy-up and leaf clean-up jobs.
What happens if it rains on my booking day?
If it's too wet to mow safely, we'll message you and reschedule to the next suitable day — no fuss and no extra charge.
